Meet The Founder
I’m Shanelle Butler, the founder of Nelle & Co. Spa Consultancy. With 15+ years in the spa industry, I have worked across some of the most prestigious luxury spas, including Forbes-rated establishments, where I developed a deep understanding of world-class hospitality and wellness standards. I started my journey as a spa therapist and esthetician, working directly with clients, refining my skills, and understanding firsthand the challenges and triumphs of daily spa operations. That experience, combined with my business and management qualification, led me to spa consulting—a role where I can help businesses thrive, not just survive.
